Hi I know it’s a very old post,I noticed once red blister like this inside my check,my wife also got once blister like this one week later.I am worried it as oral herpes.Can some one help me please

Thanks so much for this post..to day I noticed I had one of those red spots on my left side too..
I havnt even realised I had bitten my cheek recently.. but then again, maybe I hadn't even noticed lol.
I popped mine with a toothpick as I started to panic and the little bit of blood came out.
I'm now rinsing with warm salt water and mouthwash.
It now looks like a small bite
