Look up Riverstone Residential on the computer, also Equity Residential, BRE, Carmel properties, Tramel Crow, ConAm.

For rent has a great website and there catalog is in most Large Food Stores
Denver Apartments For Rent - Find Apartments for Rent Near Denver, CO - ForRent.com

Also keep away from communities built around 2000, 2001, 2002, most but not all used CPVC for the pressurized plumbing. The stuff was later recalled but of course never replaced. The problem with it is where the CPVC plastic pipe connects to a copper fitting such as behind the shower wall or the hot water heater the copper contracts and expands with the heat of the heating and cooling water, the CPVC dose not and as a result cracks at the fitting. This is also known to happen in the heating system when it's connected to the water heater called hydronic heating.
