We recently found out we are moving to the area in October. We would like to lease or rent for a while until we find our ideal location, but I seem to be having difficulty finding what we want in a rental. We would like a 3/2 with a garage,yard for pet, good schools, and quick commute (job off of Airport Way in Broomfield). Could anyone recommend a good place for finding rentals? Also, any input on nearby areas based on schools,sense of community and commute time would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Try Broomfield. It has what you want and would be a close commute. There is no sense commuting dozens of miles because "the grass is greener".
