^^Yeah, that's a great area for young people. My daughter lived there when she was in grad school at the Health Science Center. That was back when the HSC was on E. 9th Ave.

Yes, you are correct. Also, just because my job could be in a "busy" area doesn't mean I have to live directly in that specific area.

Didn’t say there was, but they are there, and the OP seems to think that a good location is more important, then job opportunities.

No she didn't. See the post directly above yours. In FoCo, she'd probably end up waiting tables. Boulder? I'm not sure. There's only one hospital; it's not large, and it's not a teaching hospital. No place to get experience. Maybe a job in a nursing home.

The OP said "Not too big (too many people, too busy, not enough privacy) or too small (not enough people, nothing to do) – not downtown Denver but not the middle of nowhere"

Not too big, not too many people, not too busy, eliminates any part of Denver. Unless you want to argue that Denver is still a small, quiet little cow town, which I hope you wouldn’t do. Because that would conflict with the endless threads here complaining about Denver’s traffic.

She said, "what if I get a job in an area I do not want to live”. That says to me that she is more worried about ending up in a job in a place she doesn’t want to live, then with not getting a job at all. Maybe she should be waiting tables in Fort Collins. Because that is clearly the type of place she wants to live in.

But that shouldn’t even be necessary because a quick Google seems to show that there are nursing jobs in Fort Collins.

Have you ever been to Denver? Are you prepared to live in a metro area of three million people? Because it doesn’t sound like thats what you are looking for.

The vast majority of those are part-time. You do not understand the nursing job market here, but why would you? You don't live here and you're not a nurse! Here's one from this list, looks like the job has ended:
Loveland, Colorado Full Time School Registered Nurse (RN) Job | Sunbelt Staffing
"School Registered Nurse (RN) needed for a job in Loveland, Colorado. This is a 25 hour/week position that goes through July."

Plus, for this one you need a separate license from the CDE in addition to an RN.
