Hi
I'm relocating to Denver and did most of my research online so I don't have any first hand knowledge. Does anyone know anything about The Parc at Cherry Creek and/or The Renaissance apartment complexes? Any thoughts on management, neighbors, the area, or anything you can think of really. I'd appreciate any feedback. Thank you.

I'm living at The Parc at Cherry Creek right now, the old name is central park apartments. I can't wait until my lease is up. I wouldn't suggest anyone live here. The rent is high for the age of the apartments < there is only 1 cable outlet and one phone jack in my entire one bedroom apartment> and the office staff / maintenance can be very iffy. The area is okay but there are a lot of police cars patrolling. My brother lives next door at the Covington and his car was broken in to during the last snow storm. They completely smashed his drivers side window and by the time we found it the next morning the interior was full of snow. When I lived at the covington I really liked the staff / maintenance and for only 100 more for their one bedroom you get a much more updated apartment with a beautiful interior.
Both places are pet friendly so there is dog poop in the grass often.

Thanks for the info. I guess I'll be leaning towards the Renaissance now. It has a gated entrance and alarm systems.
