I lived in Denver (Washington-Virginia Vale) prior to my current place in Golden and never had anything stolen from my house. But I get what you're saying. Best of luck on the move!

I’m curious if you ended up buying the house and if so, what your thoughts are on the neighbor now. I’m in a similar situation as you were a few years ago and would love some advice. Thanks!

I know a redeveloper who did fix and flips in Athmar Park. He did make a little money, but eventually tired of the neighborhood.
It will get there, and so will Westwood.
In 1980 they said Highland was the "next Wash Park" but it took 20 years.
Tall trees and eye candy houses make it happen quicker.
