Does anyone have suggestions for a July Rental Aurora Area? One or two months would be great. I’m not seeing anything reasonable on AirBnB or VRBO. Thanks

Aurora encompasses a very large area. Do you need the rental to be in a specific area (e.g. close to a job), or can it be anywhere?

And what do you think is "reasonable"? Denver's COL is moderate but housing is well above everything else.

Anywhere. Would go to Englewood, Littleton, Westminster, if necessary. Would like stand alone Condo or house. Thanks

Standard rentals for an okay 3/2 in an okay area is $2500 or so. Proportional rise as you get into "better" areas, especially the walkable metro areas.

Are you coming to the Denver metro area for work? If so, then where you live would be important. You started out asking about Aurora. Does that mean that you would like to be close to the Anschutz Medical Center?

One thing I've tried with VRBO or AirBnb is to look at the availability calendar. If they don't have a lot of bookings, perhaps they would be open to discussing a reduced rate for a longer rental period.

I can be anywhere that’s safe in Denver area. I’m not going to be working the month I’m there. I figure somewhere in suburb/ nearby city would be more reasonable rent. Thanks

So, OP, you are in the Denver metro area for one month, unknown budget, stand alone house, safe area, and can be anyplace in a city or suburb. That really doesn't help us much to be able to help you.

What does a reasonable rate mean to you?

Why do posters try to hide the most important info?
Oh, I know. Because $300 for a month is insane.
