HATCH CHILE ----- Little Anita's on South Colorado is hanging in there. Have eaten there quite a bit in the past few months. They are doing well with COVID - masks and distancing, and keeping the restaurant very clean.

Try a jar of 'Ol Gringo. Available only at King Soopers. Delicious Hatch chiles. Our pantry has about 5 jars on hand at any given time.

Thanks, Dave Barnes! I've had Ol' Gringo and it is good stuff. My preference is the 505, it's a richer flavor and contains more green chiles. Or the Pueblo Greens .... Whole Foods makes guacamole with the Pueblo Chiles in their cold food section.

Default The Fresh Chile Company

Found a new-to-us brand to buy online.
Fresh Chile Company from Hatch—https://freshchileco.com
A jar is almost 100% pepper and very little liquid. Picante. Smokey.

New to you, but not to me. My go to for several years now. Always have a jar available here; yummy.

I’ll have to try this brand!

Last summer I bought a large basket of green chiles and roasted, chopped, and pressure canned them on my own. It’s a lot of work and didn’t yield many jars, but it turned out great! It’s not really a sauce per se but we use the chiles when we make breakfast burritos, burgers, and other stuff.
