I am not sure about the type of residences, other then it is multi-family.

Thumbs up Tresana Townhomes

We recently bought a Tresana townhome and were among the first to move-in to this new development (October 31, 2007). So far, we love our Shea-built home and the development's many amenities -- the quality is excellent and the fact that we are living in the midst of major construction (only a few units have been completed as of Nov. 2007 and the build-out is set at 4 years) has not been a negative. Of course, there have been a few start-up issues (for instance, the new streets are not on GPS maps yet so deliveries, etc. have been a challenge), but for the most part, it has been reasonably "smooth sailing." Shea is building units only when sold which minimizes the chances of losing resale value. Plus, we understand that unit sales have been brisk. All in all, we feel that our decision to purchase a Tresana townhome was a good one in terms of liveability and long-term value.

Glad you like Tresana - we thought they were beautiful. We finally sold our home in MA and have decided to rent. We are now renting one of the Brownstones in Town Cemter. Location is a plus. I guess the holiday season is kind of a bad time to move in regards to homesickness.
It looks lovely today with all the light fluffy snow.
