My sisters and I are having a girls weekend in Denver the last weekend in April. Any suggestions as to what we could do for fun? We'd be interested in concerts, plays, something to do up in the mountains, etc. I've never been up to the mountains in Denver or to Boulder. Just looking for ideas for a fun filled girls weekend!
Thanks!

You certainly want to look at the Denver Center for Performing Arts
The Denver Center for the Performing Arts

and a perhaps the play Girls Only which will fit the theme of your outing:

There is always lots to do in Boulder when CU is in session, which it will be when you are here. Pick up a copy of the Boulder Daily Camera on Friday and look at the Friday Magazine inside. It will tell you what plays, concerts, etc are around. Better yet, read it ahead online; then you won't be disappointed that you can't get tickets to a certain event.

Whenever I think "girls weekend" I think spa. You might consider at spa day at the Tallgrass Spa in Evergreen:
Spa and salon services in the areas of Massage, Facials, Manicures, Pedicures and Hairstyling
It's an hour drive from Denver. The views west on I-70 are gorgeous!
Evergreen is a cute town and there is a little winery there that serves delicious food along with their delicious wine. You could make that part of your day: Creekside Cellars

Default A basin

If you are looking to meet men, I say spend a day a A-Basin skiing. Lots of athletic men to look at. April starts what they call "beach parties" on the weekends. It's a tailgaiting party, mountain style. PM me if you are interested and I could give you a few tips. You might also want to try Keystone and do some night skiing.

Also the night life at Larimer Square is fun... in Denver.
