I know what being tired al the time means. It is often a result of a not well functioning thyroid. You could use some more iodine. But watch out, it could be that you also have weak adrenals, because these two conditions go often together.
To give myself some extra energy i use celtic sea salt and i use a adrenal grandular (
http://www.voedingssupplementenneder...drenal-ww.html) for some extra support for my adrenals. I do this, because i notice that when i use this, my energy is way up! I think this is caused by the principle of the HPA-axis. when my adrenals get stronger, my thyroid starts to function better.
