High good fat, and protein/fiber is the key to my having lowered my a1c from 7.6 to 6.4 in 60 days. Anyone use fiber supplements ? I have taken fiber with meals in pills and the months I do my a1c is lower then when I don't. I take the fiber especially when eating something I shouldn't have like rice, ice cream, or cake.
