Look at what you eat.There is tons of sugar in about anything processed.Juices and soft drinks are about evil. one teaspoon of sugar is roughly five grams of sugar. (an example is a can of soda with 38 grams of sugar, that is almost 8 teaspoons of sugar in that little can.)You start looking at nutrition labels and you will wonder about the folks making food and drinks and what they are doing to peoples health.
