Anyone know how much Balsamic vinegar affects your blood sugar level? I had some last night and this morning BS was much higher than usual for me.

Read the label. It contains some sugar but probably not a lot. Morning (fasting) blood sugar is high for a lot of diabetics and I doubt it was the vinegar. There are multiple reasons, least of which is a little bit of vinegar the night before.

Agree with gguerra.

The vinegar probably had 2-3 carbs, which is not much.

Unless you are drinking the stuff by the bottle i doubt the tbsp or two required in modt recipes will affect your blood sugar readings

Vinegar is actually recommended for lowering blood sugar, but not sure how much it actually helps.
