One take-along option for movie theater, jury duty, and other "out & about" activities . . a Wal-Mart travel bar-soap container will hold 1 ounce of party peanuts (5g carbs/170 cal), 1 ounce cut-up jerky (6g carbs/80 cal), and a cut-up 1 ounce cheese stick (<1g carb/80 cal).

Some variation of a tortilla roll is another option. Example . . 6" Mission Carb-Balance whole-wheat tortilla (4g net carbs/80 cal), a slice of provolone cheese (0g carb/70 cal), 4 thin slices of beef (around 1g carb/50 cal).
