How long does everyone usually spend in the gym doing a workout routine?

Usually my time is about an hour or two hours....The other day I did an hour and a half of cardio back-to-back. Im proud of myself.

And, how long will it take me to burn off the 1 1/2 portobello mushroom burgers I just chomped down?

Whole grain bread, potobello mushroom caps, tomato, worschester (soaked in it for a minute), and a tiny pinch of Kosher salt.

I feel fat after eating them, so I'll probably do the 2 hour route.

I usually spend about an hour, and burn around 1,000 calories or so, give or take a bit.

Usually 45 minutes to an hour. I shoot for burning 400 calories minimum.

I don't go every day, preferring to walk outdoors most days, but when I do it's for about 90 minutes: about 45 minutes of cardio, and 45 minutes of strength training.

I'm in the gym 2 hours every other day. I start with 40 minutes on the elliptical, 25 minutes on the treadmill, and end (cardio) with 20 minutes on the stairmaster. Then I do 60 squats, 45 lunges, and move onto abs, and arms. The last thing i do is jumping rope- 4 sets of 100 jumps.

I want to take my fitness routine outside, on the days I'm not at the gym - trailrunning, and running bleachers. I also want to buy a "Weighted vest".

I go to the gym for an hour and a half to two hours. On the days I run outdoors, I normally run for an hour, sometimes longer (today was an hour and 20 minutes).

40 minutes in the gym, and another 1/2 hour walking back and forth to the gym (almost a mile each way).
