Hi all,

Looking to lose some weight, and this board has some really great threads and posts.

Can anyone suggest a good magazine or two that might offer good tips, and insight, on Health and Weight Loss; I figure any reading encouragement will help.

Thank you

Food wise check out Clean Eating Magazine. There is all sorts of information in there about foods and some wonderful recipes too!

As far as for weightlifting and stuff for men, I have no clue. Sorry I couldnt help alot.

You might try Muscle and Fitness magazine. It's a magazine geared towards body builders but it contains lots of nutrition and training tips that you might find helpful.

Muscle and Fitness is the first that comes to mind but I wouldnt say its geared to body builders. Its pretty much for the average guy who is into fitness and health. Not so much the Lee Haneys, Jay Cutlers or Arnolds of the world. Bodybuilding magazines are Flex, Muscular Development and MuscleMag Some other good ones are Mens Health, Fitness Rx, Maximum Fitness, Iron Man and even Runners World will have some very good info for you.

Just keep in mind that a lot of these magazines ARE ADVERTISEMENT HEAVY so dont get caught up in the ad for NO2 that looks like a real article.
