I have adapted quite a few of these tips into my daily routine and so far my diet is working very well!
A lot of the tips are simple common sense but there were a few that I'd never heard of before that seemed worth a try
There are great tips here...I'm going to start with 5 of them and try to add 5 each week and see what happens.
THe comments..ugh...did you see how people were saying 'who can find the time' etc. Good God people, it's not that difficult to choose orange juice with pulp and drink a glass of red wine every day!! It's just different choices.

those tips were absolutely worth to adopt. I loved some of the exercises they have told about weight loss, i will now be trying some of the exercises that they have shown and i am quite confident that i will be satisfied.
The mainstream media doesn't care whether you are healthy or not, has almost nothing to offer in terms of real advice, help etc. Why sit in a sinking ship when you can be safe? Just not how my parents raised me.
I thought this one was funny: 6. A glass of carrot juice a day will help you lose 4lb over 12 weeks compared with non-juice drinkers. It's high in fibre and nutrients that help burn blubber.
If you are drinking just the juice you are eliminating the fibre...
also I like to spell fiber with an er on the end
