I am currently 133.9lbs, highest ever was 135.6lbs. Always been very underweight (BMI is only 16). Just diagnosed with Celiac disease so may be able to gain some weight on a gluten free diet.
Highest non-pregnant weight was 193 (I think ) when I got married.
My norm is 165
My lowest was 145
And I've gone up to 215 with all 3 of my pregnancies.
Currently at 172 and I'm approx. 3 months postpartum. (In the process of trying to "get the bod back." )
I was definitely out of shape at 193 and dropped down to 155 just by cutting out soda and watching my carb intake. The 155 didn't last long because I got pregnant shortly thereafter. In fact, it seems every time I drop weight, I get pregnant again.
I've also been in the best shape of my life at 185 courtesy of crew winter training.

Maybe you shouldn't try to lose weight . You may end up pregnant again

Wow. Just 7 pounds away from your "norm" just after having a baby is pretty dang good. You must be doing something right because that is really good.
We've been discussing the old "snip-snip." But we're still undecided if we want to try for #4.
I have 3 kids too. I went for the tubal after my c-section so I'm safe....hopefully. By the way I'm jealous....you are doing great on the weight loss. Oh and you're lucky to be so tall. I gained 40-45 pounds with each pregnancy. I lost all the weight I ganied except for 3 pounds and I'm almost 11 months postpartum but I have another 20 to lose and I'm short at 5"5 so extra weight on me is obvious whereas on someone taller it wouldn't look as bad.

Reason: .
Highest 197
Lowest 112 (which was NOT a healthy weight for me).
Current 135, which I am happy with although I suspect pounds are going to shed now that we sold the cars and are moving to NYC where we will be walking everywhere all of the time.
How? In the past I have been a yo-yo-er. The first time I strictly counted calories and fat grams and was addicted to exercise (yes this is possible). It was during that time that I got down to 112, actually and when I now see pictures of myself at that weight, I understand why some people were worried. I wasn't doing anything terribly unhealthy, I just should have been taking in more calories for how much I was exercising.
The next time was the South Beach Diet. I lost a lot of weight fast, but those first 2 weeks are brutal and actually made me feel pretty sick, so when old habits crept back in, I was not motivated to try the program again.
What has worked for me is Weight Watchers, which is not a diet at all, but just a wonderful support program to support you in a healthy lifestyle. What I like about them is that there is no deprivation but rather it is all about being awake and aware to choices. I mostly walk now for exercise, and I love it, although I do also enjoy running occasionally (I like the endorphin rush). Bikram Yoga is really great, too (and if you do it on a regular basis, you will find you actually need to increase your caloric intake to not lose too much weight). Bikram Yoga is great for the mind/body/spirit, but can be rather expensive.
Once we get to NYC, if I can find a gym that I like, I might join that, too. I really enjoy aerobic exercise classes and it would be fun to get back into those. i pretty much hate the machines, but I do enjoy lifting weights.
Fifty six year old male, 5'10". Highest weight was 208 a few years ago. Wasn't paying attention and I gained it over time. Lost it mostly by portion control and cutting out bread, rice and potatoes for a few months. I guess that's a modified Zone Diet. Now 183. Doctor wants me to go down to 165. Large arguments over that as it is 10 pounds less than 30 years ago at my final flight physical. The Navy tried to put another 20 pounds on me prior to that. Didn't really work.
