Can I vote again? My highest weight was 199 and today I am 175 which is a 24 pound difference.
Today I am 174 (nude weight). This is for sure to go up within the next few weeks because although I am continuing to burn fat, I will be bulking up a bit with more muscle.
I must say, I look friggin' good right now. Abs, obliques, "V" shape, definition in back is crazy and shoulders are looking pretty good.
6' 1" and 174 pounds is good. I'll probably go down to about 172 before the weight starts to rise again.
Height: 6'0"
Current weight: 178
Highest weight since weight loss: About 235 (beginning of the year)
Highest weight ever: About 250 (four or five years ago)
What I did: Stopped going out for breakfast or lunch, cooked healthier meals, did weight/cardio exercises three to five times a week. Just lived a healthier lifestyle. I could probably drop another 10 pounds if I worked at it and it would be nice to be a size 10 instead of a 12/14, but what I do now is very sustainable and comfortable. I don't know if I could keep that 10 pounds off.
My top weight in high school (same height) was 135, and I thought I was a cow. I don't think I could get down to that now without cutting a leg off or something.
when i was 23 i weighed just a few pounds shy of 500lbs. had gastric bypass surgery and dropped down to 206 which for my stature looked very sickening. so i've been playing the yo-yo for the past 5 years trying to get to 250lbs. which is where i want to be. right now i am @ 286 which i dont like but am working on it through diet exercise, and supplements. but am trying to do it slowly this time as to not lose what muscle i have gotten back.
