Wow, LadyKLO. I can just say Wow! You are so beautiful! I think you should be a model or something.
I tried over the years the diet and exercise but it would come and go. Two weeks ago today I had my bariatric surgery (gastric bypass), because you see I'm a diabetic and I was very concerned about my health.
As far as weight loss, I'll keep you all informed. Before surgery I was 215.
Excellent work LadyKLO! To call your transformation "impressive" would be an understatement of epic proportions.

You all have done wonderfully. I lost a bit of weight and with stress put it back on, lol. Now I am losing it again with my life having changed.
Something how stress and unhappiness causes our physical and mental status' to change in such a way.
Right now I am experiencing more love and happiness than I have in my whole life of living and I feel really good emotionally, which I believe is also helping me physically.
I believe we have to be at a balance in order for all to be right. The Lord placed His hand in my life and all is well. I don't have any pictures.
My profile pic is up and then there are a couple of pics posted in the relationships section....

I've been cutting carbs and working out about 5-6x per week. I have about 70 more lbs I want to lose to get to my ideal weight.
