This is the coolest thing I just found--it's from a Web site The World's Healthiest Foods: The World's Healthiest Foods

you fill in what you eat on a regular basis and it tells you (right then and there) how well you're doing and where you may be short on certain nutrients.

And you don't have to fill in any personal information, either, as it's a not-for-profit Website:

The World's Healthiest Foods: Food Advisor

So cool! If it analyzes, from your answers, that you're likely to deficient on certain nutrients, it also recommends the foods you can eat to correct your deficiency.

Here I thought I was doing so well, but found out, because I'm mostly vegetarian, that it's 98% certain that I'm low on B-12 & B-6--which explains why I've been having a rapid heartbeat and bouts of insomnia, most likely.

Very revealing--and helpful.

See for yourself.

I'm curious--did anyone else this and learn something about their nutrition and what they need to eat more of? Or less of?

I feel so very alone, no one's tried this quiz. Oh well, I thought it was cool.

I did it. I need to eat more spinach, kelp, and calf's liver. Well, that will never happen. I will stick with taking my iron pill every day. I should increase eating vegetables and fruit. I tried...but ended up throwing away the spinach and lettuce, it went bad before I ate it. I just don't feel like eating that stuff this time of year. I want to eat pasta, rice, and sweet potatoes.

Yep, I know... me, too, it's the time for winter-time carbs. Sweet potatoes...a big yes to those. Pasta, yes!

But I'm trying...having a spinach salad each day, bought some collards to cook up..calves liver..hmmm, not to sure about that one..doesn't sound too yummy--and wouldn't it have to be organic??..can't imagine eating something that filters all the bad stuff they give commercial cows...
