Eat less move more does work 100% of the time for losing weight.

Picking the right number works 100% of the time for winning the lottery.

And Rick is arguing against that, essentially.

Unlike the lottery though, we can come up with a pretty good estimate of our calorie needs.

1500 calories or less per day plus an hour of movement per day plus coconut oil and minus any and all grains= the perfect formula for weight loss for most smaller boned females.

Pretty much what I did and it worked. When losing I ate about 1400 calories most days but also varied the calories on other days. Worked out 8 hours a week - cardio and strength training. Lost 40 pounds. Kept it off for nearly a year now.

Whole grains, veg & fruit, mostly non-meat proteins, fat free dairy. Occasional treats.

Do you really think you know more on this topic than Dr. Jeffrey Friedman, the man who DISCOVERED LEPTIN?

MY SCIENCE IS SOUND.

DR. JEFFREY FRIEDMAN 'S MESSAGE IS CONGRUENT WITH MY MESSAGE:

WATCH IT AND WEEP , YOU LOW INTELLIGENCE INTERNET PEOPLE. DR. STEPHAN GUYENET , a PhD neurobiology scientist AGREES WITH ME AS WELL. LOOK HIM UP.

There is NO END to the tricks your body has to KEEP YOU AT THE WEIGHT IT WANTS YOU AT.

It will dramatically LOWER your metabolism

it will increase the efficiancy of muscular contractions to save energy

it will increase fat storage enzymes- and MUCH MORE.

I TALK WITH DR. FRIEDMAN AND DR STEPHAN GUYENET PERSOANLLY BY EMAIL. I AM REPRESENTING THE SCIENCE ACCURATELY.

Rick just mentioned that he uses Dr. Lustig as one of his sources of information. Alan Aragon (one of my sources) completely emasculated Lustig last year.

(This second link is probably the one you want to read. It's the "cliff notes" version)

THOSE PEOPLE ARE SALESMEN, NOT scientists.

ARAGON CANNOT COMPETE WITH DR. FRIEDMAN.

ALL THOSE INTERNET GURUS ARE WRONG. THEIR INFO IS COMPLETELY AT ODDS WITH WORLD RENOWNED SCIENTISTS.

FURTHERMORE, DR. LUSTIG WAS JUST A GUY COMMENTING IN THE ARTICLE. DR./ LUSTIG IS NOT AS KNOWLEDGEABLE AS DR. DOUGLAS COLEMAN etc.
