Going on a normal healthy diet would lose about that in 4 weeks. You don't need to cut down to 500-600 cals. And besides. Eating like that does the same thing as fasting. So if you want false water weightloss and painful bloating and digestive issues during your vacation...crash diet. If you want to take it off and keep it off use exercise and proper nutrition.
