I can't drink more than 6-8 ounces of whole milk, this also causes problems for me. I'l drink whole milk in a 8 oz cappuccino, but in a latte, I can't handle it. I think I have a minor lactose intolerance or something.
Milk has lactose so I avoid it. I'll put cream on something instead.
Forget weight watchers and other skinny schemes/scams, why won't people indulge in physical activity??????
Because a lot of people increasing exercise will just eat more to compensate. Diet has a bigger impact on weight loss than exercise. You diet to lose weight and exercise to get fit.
Weight watchers points plus program, I am on it and have lost 41.4 lbs so far. I cook all my own meals and get recipe ideas from the website. Thanks I weigh in tommorow (yeah they are open by me) we will see. I was off the plan saturday and sunday but went right back on on Monday morning. All the food I am making for tonight is WW friendly.
