Because a lot of people increasing exercise will just eat more to compensate. Diet has a bigger impact on weight loss than exercise. You diet to lose weight and exercise to get fit.

Most of us need to do both, but diet (eating habits) pay a huge part.

Thanks I weigh in tommorow (yeah they are open by me) we will see. I was off the plan saturday and sunday but went right back on on Monday morning. All the food I am making for tonight is WW friendly.
