The only thing you -need- to do, to lose fat, is to stop eating, period. If that is the ONLY thing you care about - losing fat - then simply stop putting food into your mouth. The fat will go away, guaranteed.
Wrong once again.
When you deprive your body of food, especially fats, it will eventually catch on and STORE fat and start burning muscle tissue. Ya, you'll lose weight alright. But not what you had in mind. And who wants to stop eating? I'm telling you that you can eat and not exercise and still lose the fat. Yet you don't want to believe it and would rather eat what you want to eat and spend all that time in the gym, thinking it will eventually make you thinner or help you maintain your poor eating habits.
So since your goals are OBVIOUSLY not to be slender, just your version of healthy, you need to stop giving out the same old outdated advice, that obviously doesn't work, to people who are already struggling and frustrated with it and WANT to be slender and healthy.
You want to hear that I'm saying DO NOT exercise, when all I'm saying is that exercise is not needed for fat loss. Quite a difference. Eat properly and your body will burn the fat for fuel. Eat the wrong way and your body will burn some carbs and store the rest as fat, along with the fat you are eating. Recipe for disaster. Even if you are depriving yourself enough to lose SOME of it. Exercise for overall health (not weight management).

Is it me or does it seem like this topic is spanning across several threads?
Only in threads in which d2mini and markymark are posting, because they tend to have a single agenda they insist is not only correct, but the -only- correct solution, and it's their civic duty to ensure that all threads be bloated with their opinions based on the pitch of salesmen and biologists.
Do you even listen to yourself talk? Hello kettle.
For the love of Christ, will you shut up about the first law of thermodynamics for one goddam minute.
In the real world, lots of people who hit the treadmill just eat more, and those who do lose the weight on a miserable regimen of calorie restriction and cardio drudgery gain it right back.
These people need an alternative.
You're not providing it.
Eat 70+ grams of protein a day from animal sources; eat sugar and fructose not starches like grains- potatoes are OK; eat saturated fats from coconut oil and butter; include several servings of dairy a day; walk & lift weights.
Nice article. Simple, natural, organic foods are the best. No denying it. Our body doesn't recognize preservatives, additives added to so many foods today so it just stores away in our body. Dont care if his licensed was revoked or whats his history but what he is saying is 100% true.
