I just finished month 2!!. I was in pretty good shape beforehand though. for the past two years i've lifted around 3 hours a week and did 4 hours a week of cardio on the exercise bike.
Insanity was VERY VERY hard though. I barely made it through the first full workout. i actually threw up.
but i made it through. I'm starting over month 2 from the beginning and going from there. My endurance is through the roof i've never had so much energy before.
I suffer from severe anxiety and depression and i think anxiety even relieved a good portion of that, if that's even possible!!
during insanity i've still tried to lift weights three hours a week.
I only lost like five pounds but i lost LOTS of inches
I'm 6'1 35 year old and i went from 178 to 173. I didn't follow the diet plan exactly but i ate healthy and the recommended number of calories from the diet plan. my goal is to get down to 170 and then maintain that.
very insane! the program is beyond hard. Month 2 is a killer
