How old and how tall? 103 is light for a teenager but high school wrestling has a 106 lb. class and the lightest class used to be lower. In the 1980's, it was 98 lbs. and at one time it was 88 lbs. The difference is these wrestlers are very active and drop weight to be able to wrestle in this class.
I suggest your son needs to lift weights and consciously eat more. He needs to always eat breakfast and eat at least three meals a day. I was always skinny and what helped me the most was lifting weights, eating an adequate breakfast and never going hungry. I learned to carry protein bars with me all the time in case I got hungry. Look for something that is relatively high in protein and low in sugar. Also, drink a lot of milk. Always have him drink a glass before going to bed.
