Nutrisystem is NOT tasty nor is it healthy. Can you 'live' on it? Yeah, you can live on bread and water, but you wont' be healthy.
I understand being busy, but spending just an hour or so a week prepping meals will make your life a whole lot easier.
It will take a few tries before you find what works for you, but if you really want to eat better..stay away from Nurtisystem, frozen 'diet' meals, meal replacement bars or drinks and focus on fresh food you prepare yourself.
I work a lot now, and while not a foodie or budding chef, if I am going to eat less it better be tasty.
Could one live on Nutrasystem or e diets if they wanted to
When I looked into it before, a few years back, some on the net felt e diets was a better deal
People said Nutrasystem was so tasty, but $$$. Maybe I would be thin and bankrupt
I left out WW because I have tried their frozen meals and bleh
Take the money that you would be spending on all that processed, over salted crap frozen dreck and find a cooking class that will teach you the basics. If you have a kitchen store near by check with them. It does not take very much time to make fresh, healthy, tasty meals. It really doesn't.
Whole foods will work, fruits and vegetables, meats and seafood, staying away from processed food that usually comes in a box with many ingredients, cut back on wheat based products and dairy products.
Not sure what e diets are and isnt nutri system just a meal replacement in a bottle? doesnt sound healthy IMO
