Although my approach to this diet is a bit extreme, I have done Phase I all the way and I have completely got rid of my carbs addiction. I have not had any pasta or bread in the last 2 months and I could live the rest of my life without ever eating carbs. On the other hand, the craving for sweets has almost entirely gone away but I am not perfect
I had a shortcoming a couple weeks ago! So, I decided to have a small slice of cheesecake and I almost threw up after eating it! I guess, the cheesecake caused havoc with my blood sugar and I felt so SICK and disgusted after eating it!!Once you get rid of this sweet addiction, you will begin to realize how incredibly unhealthy some of these foods are!
