I'm doing the exact same thing. In phase 2... teach aerobics and strength training... am I completely ruining my chances of losing weight by exercising? I feel fine eating 500 cals and teaching my classes, but the weight isn't coming off that quickly. Please tell me what you did! Thanks

Weightlifting while on a diet of 500 calories a day? Come on, at least post something realistic.

Anyone else notice that every poster who posted up until suzy_q2010 has only like one post in their history? What is the deal with the HCG people/person who creates profiles just to say something positive about this ridiculously DANGEROUS DIET?

This diet is RIDICULOUS!!!!
The drops do NOTHING. ANYONE that changes eating habits to try to lose weight WILL SUCCEED!
I went from ALOT of calories to 500. That lasted two weeks. I was STARVING myself. It wasn't enough to keep my body functioning! I was getting MASSIVE headaches, I was dizzy....It was completely NOT HEALTHY. I am now trying to up the calories to 800 a day. Things are getting better and I am STILL losing weight! You might as well drop WATER under your tongue!

okay you wanted to hear from someone that has done the diet and weight lifted or exercised? Well I have done 3 rounds lost 70lbs all together and the last round I was doing bike rides, about 10-20 miles per day on the protocol. I am now suffering greatly. I had a stroke and am still having problems that the doctors still cant figure out what is wrong with me. Everytime I rode my bike, I was dizzy and lightheaded from not enough calories. I would suggest waiting to go on the diet and still do the weight lifting. Everyone is trying to find a quick fix to lose weight but its NOT healthy! If you can go down to 500 calories a day then you can eat less and weight lift and lose weight the right way. It will stay off longer too. Since I went off of it 4 months ago I have gained back 10 lbs, it is not a life long way of living sorry to sound harsh but I wouldnt wish the way I feel upon anyone!

I have stopped loosing weight for the last three days. I am riding the bike on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday but on Monday, wednesday and Friday I have a Military class and we do everything under the sun. I'm not starving but am a bit hungry but than when I go to eat i have no desire too. What should I do?

Even though I am not loosing weight I am feeling better. I feel more like me again. I am fitting back in my old clothing and buying new ones. I look better and have more energy. Just want to make sure I am doing it right. THanks

I have heard both recommendation. I heard turnout will stop losing weight if you workout on hcg because your body goes into starvation mode and starts eating your muscle. Then I was told it was okay to exercise. Since I wad told to increase my calories while in hcg once I hit my goal weight I would suggest the same for you. Stay on the same diet plan that was given to you but eat more calories. I was previously on a 1200 cal diet okay which is the lowest you can go without entering starvation mode. I am doing hcg to get rid of those last few pounds that are so difficult to lose. So if you can't stop exercising why don't you up your calorie intake to 100-1200 to cover the activity. When you workout extensively you must eat a lot. Try that and let me know if it helps.

Motherof2

Try exercising and following a 1200 calorie diet eating 6 small meals a day. This is an excellent and easy way to lose weight. Then once you reach your goal start increasing your calories slowly until you reach what you should be at to maintain your weight. continue with the exercises. That is the key to staying healthy. Be sure to eat all whole grains. I even switched to organic milk. I feel great! I'm only doing hcg cause I'm tired of fighting with these last few lbs. I know I can maintain cause I have the diet I was previously in and I have changed how I eat. Give it a try and I hope you feel better. You have done a great job in losing all that weight and you are right. Hcg is a quick fix. You must have a plan on how to maintain your weight. Good luck and pardon my typo's. It's hard typing from a phone.

Default HCG does not cause weight loss

It's just an expensive placebo. Low calorie diet and exercise cause weight loss.
