I have been losing weight using the "old" Weight Watchers point system since the beginning of the year. I have lost almost 25 pounds and am looking ahead to maintenance. For anyone familiar with the old system, once you got to where you were maintaining, did you continue counting points? If so, what daily points goal did you set for yourself?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

It's really just calories in vs. calories out. If you are eating X points and don't change that, then you should begin to lose weight less rapidly and eventually you will be at maintenance. If you don't want to lose any more weight and are still losing weight while eating X points, add a couple points to the diet and see if THAT is your maintenance intake.
