3) Eat until you're full.

That's it. That's how every living creature on Earth is supposed to consume food. So if you gain weight, then the problem is not the food. It's either lack of physical activity, or you only crave sweet foods and never crave "healthy" foods like fruits and vegetables, like normal omnivorous creatures are supposed to. In which case, it's 100% psychological. Like mommy and daddy said "no candy!" or "no soda!" growing up, and so you associate eating sweets with being rebellious.

As a kid, my parents never really regulated my diet, and I'm thin as a rail. But I ate all my fruits and veggies and indulged in salads as much as I did McDonald's. Why? Because they taste good, that's why.

Simple common sense.
These three points are true. When the information is made available, it will reduce the

1) Frequency of when you are hungry

2) Change the craving to more healthy foods

3) Automatically reduce the amount of food you wish to eat.

All without buying anything from me. I am seriously hoping I can get governmental support to get websites up for free. Everything you have said is true, and it will get even easier.

It was solved 150 years ago. I just put some current neuroscience and endocrinology research and the likes behind it, closed the loop and aligned the competing theories.

I would imagine your findings would be along the lines of those who eat too much have a tendency to be or become obese.

The cravings you get to eat a lot of food is your body trying to bulk up for one day we will need it when it took days of hard work to get a meal this is a our ancestors daily work. In order to break that habit you have to cut what your eating and exercise a lot more. It takes time the longer you have been obese the longer it takes to change it.
This is true. I can see you are trying to look at WHY you have your unwanted weight. Can you tell me what type of food it is that you crave and when it is that you crave it? i.e. simple sugars or complex carbohydrate foods, and is it at a time of day, what experiences are going on around you on a regular basis that are making you choose these foods? What you think might have happened years ago that put the weight on in the first place (i.e. got married, had children, started new job etc)?
