Several years ago I had a full tummy tuck and BA after losing almost 80lbs. I have always been very conscience of my belly, for as long as I can remember I’ve carried extra fat there. I really hated the fact that I have saggy, unaesthetic skin. Dieting wasn't working for me. I really wanted to have a flat belly and so having a tummy tuck was a very easy decision for me. Two years out and I’m still super happy with the results. Thanks to Filipino doctor, Dr Rino Lorenzo who did the surgery in Manila. He was really very nice and made me very comfy throughout my TT experience. I really love the new me!

One of my friends is considering mommy makeover surgery from the breast and tummy tuck centre in Windsor. I have asked her to go to gym and maintain a proper diet. It seems she needs a quick result. She says gym and diet will take time to show up the result. She has scheduled an appointment with Dr. Marcus Niessen ( Mommy Makeover | The Breast & Tummy Tuck Centre )on 6th July. Is cosmetic surgery a permanent solution?

A mommy makeover isn't weight loss surgery. It's a tummy tuck and breast lift (usually). I would love to have it done, but it is kind of cost prohibitive. I am at my pre-baby weight, but my body looks nothing like it did pre-baby. No amount of exercise is going to put my breast back where they used to be. A friend had it done and her doctor told her that her stomach muscles had actually separated during pregnancy. No exercise will ever reattach them, and apparently it isn't that uncommon.

If you are already at a healthy weight and exercising, and still have a belly and are still unhappy with your breasts, I say go for it. If you are doing it because you need to lose weight, I would say don't do it.
