i took fastin back 1995 when it was approved by the fda and had a script from a doctor. loss a lot of weight from 220 to 175 and it was easy. i eat less and more healthy. however, it has similiar properties like speed and eventually i got very manic and not my self. i also abused it a bit so take that into consideration. 2009 now and i would still take it because i'm 290 and was up to 328 at my highest. it works no doubt but be careful. thats why its no longer approved by the fda.
I just started taking Fastin, I took Phentermine a few years ago along with a strick low carb diet and I dropped 50lbs quick. Problem was I did not keep up all the good work and over 3 years put 25lbs back on. Good luck with your Fastin.
Thank you houston37!
Is Phantermine safe for pregnant women? I need it for my wife. She is eating non-stop =(
yeah seriously....shes pregnant man, you cant help the fact that shes hungry all the time shes eating to support 2. And taking any kind of dietary supplement is bad for a pregnant woman.
I tried it - just phentermine and my heart was racing and pounding in my chest and that was enough for me. Come to think of it shortly aftewards is when I had to start BP meds.
You don't need drugs to lose weight. Listen to what people on here are saying about this stuff, don't take it. I'd be willing to bet that you aren't properly measuring how much you are eating. Generally speaking people underestimate their caloric intake and over estimate how much they are burning through exercise.
Don't even bother counting walking, focus on your diet. Eat lean meat and veggies and drink only water and I guarantee you you will lose weight. It will take months though, there aren't any shortcuts.
Tofur, you're 5 years late to the game. This person probably figured this out long ago...
