Hello guys i would like to share some simple exercise that you can do from home to help you lose weight

walking the stairs at home can be quite effective because it helps you burn more calories and exercise the legs and thighs.

Sit ups this helps burn belly fat and give you a flat stomach this can be don almost anywhere in you home.

jumping jax that's what they call it here in the Caribbean its like jumping and opening your legs and arms, this can be don on the landing in the yard etc it helps burn calories and keep you fit.

hope this helps to give you all of some ideas of what you can do from home instead of spending money on all sorts of weight programs thank you.

Those are good ideas, but without modifying your diet and watching your caloric intake, these exercises won't do squat.

1. I don't have stairs.
2. Sit ups don't burn belly fat, eating less food burns belly fat, and that's only if you got lucky. You can't spot reduce.
3. I will pee my pants if I do jumping jacks.

The above activities do not even begin to compare to weight training.

Unless you do sit-ups and jumping jacks for 8 hours a day, every day it will not help to lose weight. Light to moderate exercise is beneficial in many ways but does not burn many calories. Only extreme exercise actually burns enough calories to cause weight loss. Diet is the number one way to take off pounds, the stricter the better. Consistency is the key.

Weight loss is a gradual process. By following simple and regular program also you can lose a great amount of weight. You can find more info here at nuez-dela-india.com about weight loss and exercise. There are many people out there who are very health conscious and want to lose their weight.

Who is this kenny67 coming in here on his first post giving us random, ill-informed, 1980's era fitness advice?

Really weird.

Wow! I just wanted to take a break from the other forums I post on/follow, and and surprised at how unsupportive, mean, and "judgy" some of you are!! The point of these OPEN FORUMS is for people to share advice/ideas/experience to help each other...YMMV. Your advice may be "bad" for someone and great for someone else.
As far as retro goes, I live around a few ex-military old school guys that maintain their older great shape bodies doing push ups, pull ups, sit ups, and running/walking. Simple, free, and it WORKS FOR THEM!
If your opinion was the only way that works, believe me, none of us would be on here - we would be too busy following you to the end of the earth!!
