I still have a biggish stomach mostly when I sit down, man boobs, a round face etc. I'm not aiming for bulking or anything I just don't want to look fat anymore. I'm happy to be skinny fat so what should I be aiming for? I obviously look a lot better then when I started at 213 lbs but I thought I'd look even better I've only cut calories and not exercised I'm not looking for a six pack just for the majority of fat to go thanks.

The easiest way to figure out a number is probably to figure out where you want your body fat % to be ( see How to Measure and Improve Your Body Composition | Muscle For Life ), figuring out/estimating where you are now and then doing the math to figure out a target weight.

Edit: The easiest way to not look fat is to add muscle, IMO. That doesn't require you to "bulk".

What you need to do is integrate strength training into your life so that you can be more firm instead of trying to find that magic food(s) that will aid with fat loss. Dieting alone just won't do it. "Bulking up" is due to following a bodybuilder lifestyle. The casual person will get moderate definition but will be more taut and not look chunky.

I mean, there's no harm in losing 10-20 more pounds but I think 5 foot 9 and 170 isn't a bad weight to be at. Even if it might be considered overweight according to the BMI, it's just by barely.

But I'm guessing you might be where I was when I got down to a good weight or a more than acceptable weight and probably thought ''Well I still look fat here or there''.

I still have belly fat on my stomach, I call it leftover fat. There's probably ways I can get rid of this and develop some muscle, but I'm not too worried about it these days. It's not that I have a belly and you can't see it through my shirt. It doesn't protrude out and it's not a gut anymore. It's just part of my stomach and it's belly fat, not really a bump at all. I'm assuming since you only started out at 213, you might not have as much belly fat as I do. I started out at about 285 or so and am down to 160-165 or so. I've been maintaining this weight or at least within a pound or two for about 6 years now.

Good on you for losing though!

I'm also 5'9 and I need 10-15 pounds to lose. My frame is not thin. I have friends who are models and their bones are much thinner. Some women (5'9) who have thin body frames can be ideal at 130-135. But for me (5'9) 130 lbs is impossible, it will be anorexic. My ideal weight is 140-145 lbs. Every person is different. Only you know how much weight you need to lose. If you don't like your stomach do something about it. Don't listen to people who say that you're already fine and don't need to lose anything, they may be just jealous that you are able to change yourself and they don't. If you feel you need to lose it - then lose it!
