Why pick on my comments, many do enough of their own preaching, sound familiar? Some just don't "get it" and have an addiction to breads that are doing them no great health benefits. Often a lot of harm.

What are "breads" anyway? All carbohydrates? Because I'm not addicted to beans, rice, and potatoes. Sugar yes, but I've kept that addiction under control. But those things, unequivocally not addicted. One serving, I'm good.
