That is great. It sounds like you must have a fairly intense workout ethic in order to preserve that 10% body fat ratio. The long haul is indefinitely.

So far (20 months in) all of my blood and health indicators have turned very sharply positive from being overweight, diabetes, high cholesterol, high BP when I started eating this way. All other diets I tried did not work for me so this is at least a thousand times better in my mind than anything else I tried.
Well that's great. I missed the part about it including IF. I don't know about the part about limiting potatoes and tomatoes--those are major components in my diet--but the gift of finding something that works is very significant.

I'm a sort of Bertrand Russell freethinker (to wax philosophical), so my practice is to hold opinions tentatively, based on current evidence, with the willingness to change my views if presented with better evidence. To not, in other words, hold an opinion merely because it's comforting or I *wish* it were true. So thus far, autophagy is working for me, in as far as I know. Something above and beyond an algorithm based on CICO.

It's mostly diet but I do try to work out at least a coupe hours a day doing some combination of yoga, weights, biking, hiking, etc.

Just a 22 month update since I got blood work done the other day.

My A1C was 5.4 down from 7.5 when I started...this was the reason I was trying to find a diet that worked for me.

All of my numbers including cholesterol, liver numbers, as well as A1C, etc where within the desired numbers whch contrasts significantly with my numbers when I started Plant Paradox diet.

So far:

- A1C when I started 7.5 and now 5.4

- Weight when I started 235 lbs and now 188...I hoped to lose 15 lbs but now lost 47 lbs.

- Fatty liver when I started and great numbers now

- Cholesterol numbers bad when I started but excellent now

- When I stared PP, I had a giant gut and now flat as a board.

Conclusion....It's miraculous the results I'm getting.
