Hi guys, i'm brand new here, thanks for having me! I am a nutritionist on the side and I have a couple of older clients (+60) who are interested in undergoing a Keto diet. I made a short video for them to look at, but I was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions of some things I might have missed. I just want it to be very generic and a good starting point.
