How's that?
Where's the vitamin C? This also doesn't include enough fiber. Too many eggs and steak can lead to high cholesterol.

Just cut out sugar and flour. Buy some Adkins meals at the store if you don’t want to cook.

You could also go on Nutrisystem for a month.

The chief Australian government scientific research organisation, the CSIRO, has brought out a low-carb diet which can be googled etc. I love the recipes but I do find low carb hard to stick to, especially in winter when you might like a sandwich for lunch. I managed to lose some weight when I went on it properly last year but it went back on as we were travelling for twelve weeks, when keeping to a diet is all but impossible for me.

Solution to your sandwich problem:

https://www.auntmillies.com/products/breads/1357

The Light Whole Grain bread has just 17 carbs in 2 slices.
I can stay close to 20 carbs a day eating it if I watch my other carb intake.

Since that appears to be an American company, it's 11 carbs. Fiber is non-digestible and doesn't count. European nutrition labels remove it from the total carb count by default.

Yeah, I forgot to subtract the fiber.
With this bread, I can have a sandwich whenever I want. I had a Cheap Chicken breast sandwich the other night.

I'm sure there's something similar where you are.

I buy a brand at Walmart called Schmidt Old Tyme 647. It comes in white, Italian and what. All are full size slices (not thin) and have 14 total grams of carbs minus 8 grams of fiber, so 6 grams a slice. I do t know if it’s regional or available in all Walmart’s. It’s the closest IMO to the taste of standard white bread, which I love.

Breakfast - eggs, plain yogurt, "notmeal" or "noatmeal" made with flax meal and coconut flour
Lunch - salads with protein (salmon, tuna, chicken, turkey, beef)
Dinner - protein and vegetables
