My gastroenterologist put me on the FODMAP diet which eliminates foods that can irritate the small intestine. Having eliminated sugar, dairy, and gluten, the weight is going down after nothing else worked. It's a challenging diet but I feel better and the weight loss is great.

My ex girlfriend did this, and she was happy with the results. I wasn't together with her when she did, but her looks after did attract me... :P

She had IBS though, so that was her main reason to have been on it, and afterwards she continued an adapted version of it that kept her feeling well...
