I stopped drinking coffee a few weeks ago and switched to cold, unsweetened green tea. However, after reading this article I'm thinking of switching back. For decades, every morning I had a large mug (around two cups) of flavored coffee, ground from whole beans, with unweetened almond milk and organic stevia. This left no room for green tea. Article:
I am allergic to green tea. It makes me very nauseous. I wouldn't give up my coffee, I love it too much. Peet's whole beans, ground then brewed with a little bit of coconut creamer.

Is the creamer you're talking about? I haven't tried it:
No that is not the one. It is not a powder.
There are more than a few out there. I was looking for something non dairy. There are almond milk and coconut combined creamers as well. Whole Foods has a nice selection. I would imagine Trader Joes has some too. I cannot find them at Safeway - a big grocery store.
They also have them flavored with vanilla too, but I like mine without.
Funny thing is on those coffees, I looked at a couple of them, they don't list the ingredients. I would be suspect and I thought it was required?
As for coffee vs Tea, I like both, depends on the time of day and the setting. There are many kinds of teas with different benefits and coffee, well I do like it at work to keep me going. What I don't like is the caffeine crash.

Yes, on some of those research documents I referenced, black tea, in particular, is listed with green tea, as having health benefits.
There are certainly all kinds of teas; I have a kitchen full of them. I just can't get to them all.

I'm thinking about leaving coffee but I can't, anyway I'm sweetening with stevia. Thank you for your comments
