Calories are the energy people get from food. Not the same as carbs. Carbs are a macronutrient. I know it is probably difficult but you need to get away from the processed foods and eat whole foods, fruits, veggies etc.
Also try get out of the house and get some exercise every single day, even if it's going for a brisk walk around the neighborhood for 30 min this will do wonders for your mental health and start getting you on the path to a healthier you.
I would also invest time in your personal development. There are many free podcasts and videos out there that will help you in your personal development to become a better person and feel better about yourself. Listening people to Ed Mylett can change your life.
