Wheat somehow magically prevents you from losing weight? Would love to hear the explanation behind this one?

I eat wheat rarely, if ever.
All I need to do to gain weight is stop exercising.
All I need to do to stay the same or lose is go to all of my classes.

It really has nothing to do with celiac disease. Modern wheat is an appetite stimulant that leads to deleterious effects to the autoimmune system, aggravates arthritis, causes bloating and weight gain, and causes dramatic fluctuations in glycemic index levels.

Let me fix this for you:

Modern highly processed foods are an appetite stimulant that leads to deleterious effects to the autoimmune system, aggravates arthritis, causes bloating and weight gain, and causes dramatic fluctuations in glycemic index levels.
