Yes, but there are many, especially on this site that are convinced that eggs are very bad for you.

In the case of eggs for the last 40 years or more must have subconsciously bean doing my own research as have two dozen a week.
Based on that completely unscientific research my blood cholesterol levels are near perfect so just going to have another 3 for breakfast with my toast and trout.

High blood cholesterol levels are a risk factor for heart disease. However, dietary cholesterol has little to no effect on blood cholesterol levels in most people. More importantly, there is no significant link between the cholesterol you eat and your risk of heart disease.
