Here's another study of Centenarians (100 years old and up) and their diets in the New England Centenarian Study by researchers from Harvard and a few things come into play with them.

First they did not smoke or drink or eat fast food.

Secondly they tried to stay physically and mentally active and thirdly what they ate was varied as some ate Red Meat and some did not and some ate Bacon and Eggs and some ate Oatmeal with Olive Oil, Raisons and Apples.

My take is just stay off the Fast Food and eat a variety in moderation and throw in some activity and you could live a long time.
