Sorry everyone. I guess I should have elaborated a bit more on the grapes remark. Instead of "no grapes" I meant to say "not too many".
Grapes are higher in sugar than just about any other fruit which means they more than any other fruit should be eaten in moderation. Although the fructose and glucose levels are about the same I found (and was told by a two different nutritionists) that grapes are much better as a pre-workout snack than a post workout snack.
