Hey!
I am just sharing my links with you guys. I used these to get to a healthy weight from an lower end obese class 1 weight. (more than just fat but REAL health risk level BMI & waist size determined). I got fat because I never had to watch my weight and then the freshmen 15 turned into the freshmen 50+.(thank you takeout food, drinking and medications) I kicked my loss off with improving my food choices, did a master cleanse (short 4 day, not 10 day) and kept the ball rolling from there. I have kept it off to this current range 130's for over 2 years or so now with only being dedicated to not overeating. I have been in the healthy range for over 5 years. Exercise was spotty here and there. Mobility issues were affecting me. But anyway...
It really is as simple as stepping away from the fork. You just have to know when to say when and never calling it quits.
I hope this helps! If nothing else its something to read instead of snacking!
