Are you looking for the healthiest breakfast you can eat?

Here it is:

- some old fashion oats, not instant
- handful of fresh blueberries
- a little fat free milk
- a little water
- cook 5min and add cinnamon and mix
- 4 egg whites (hard boiled of course)
- 1 cup of green tea

Try it!

What's your healthy breakfast?

Today its going to be a slice of ham, banana, and a slim fast. Hmmmm...If I`m still hungry, I may go for that bowl of oatmeal.

My ideal healthy breakfast would be cheerios with skim milk and honey, orange juice and toast with peanut butter (yes, the latest food to stay away from). Funny thing about slim fast, IMO, is that Walmart's version is better than the brand name. Now I generally stick to french vanillia, but all in all I pick Walmart. Plus it's cheaper.

I often eat leftovers from last night's dinner: a chicken breast, a slice of spinach quiche, etc.

Favorite breakfast is oatmeal with blueberries, and a hard boiled egg, or whole wheat toast with peanut butter or cottage cheese.

Cheerios, soy milk, some raisins

Drink water and sometimes OJ (healthful kind wo syrups and sweeteners) and then green tea when I get to work

Having taken advise from some thread in this forum, I started eating a lot of fruit and veggies and actually lost 5 kg's in 6 weeks. Now I know its not a great improvement, but still..

I take Black berries, slim Yogurt, few almonds with 1 mug strong coffee for breakfast. But I am usually hungry by 10:30 and eat 1 raw carrot followed by lunch at 1:00.

I love oatmeal with all kinds of stuff to it...
blueberries, rasins, peanut butter, flax meal, cinnamon, honey, almond milk... Yummy!
guess that might sound a bit weird...

I don't have a lot of time in the morning, so I just pop a bagel in the toaster and smear some peanut butter on it (sometimes I also put jelly on too). Most days I have a glass of milk or an "Ensure" with it, or sometimes I have grape juice.
